It’s our way of sharing what we’ve been cooking for generations: true NC-style ‘cue, done right — no shortcuts, no gimmicks. Every rack of ribs, pulled pork sandwich, or smoked sausage you pick up on Saturday morning started with firewood, time, and care on Friday — just the way it’s supposed to be.
